Return and cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal (for physical products)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the order Cancel within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with the European Union's consumer protection directives.

The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the buyer or a third party indicated by him/her takes possession of the product.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal not applicable for the following products:

digital content (e.g. downloadable files, digital matrices, software, audio materials), if performance has begun,
custom-made or personalized products,
sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons.

When purchasing a digital product, the buyer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of performance by making the payment and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

3. Return process

The buyer must notify the seller of his intention to withdraw. to indicate in writing by email at the following address:

The returned product:

in original condition,
unharmed,
in original packaging if possible

must be sent back.

The return direct costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.

4. Refund

In case of successful withdrawal, the refund will be made from the date of receipt of the returned product. within 14 days at most happens.

Refunds will be made using the same method of original payment, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed at the statutory minimum (basic shipping fee).

5. Defective or damaged product

If the product arrives defective, damaged or incomplete, please, immediately, but please notify us by email within 48 hours at the latest.

In this case, the cost of return shipping is borne by the business, and the buyer may request:

exchange, or
full refund.
