Right of withdrawal (for physical products)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumer has the right to withdraw from the order <strong>Cancel within 14 calendar days without giving any reason<\/strong>, in accordance with the European Union&#039;s consumer protection directives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the buyer or a third party indicated by him\/her takes possession of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal <strong>not applicable<\/strong> for the following products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>digital content (e.g. downloadable files, digital matrices, software, audio materials), <strong>if performance has begun<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>custom-made or personalized products,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When purchasing a digital product, the buyer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of performance by making the payment and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Return process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer must notify the seller of his intention to withdraw. <strong>to indicate in writing<\/strong> by email at the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udce7 <strong><a href=\"mailto:contact@ai-xtech.eu\">contact@ai-xtech.eu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The returned product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in original condition,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unharmed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in original packaging if possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">must be sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The return <strong>direct costs are borne by the buyer<\/strong>, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of successful withdrawal, the refund will be made from the date of receipt of the returned product. <strong>within 14 days at most<\/strong> happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be made using the same method of original payment, unless the parties agree otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs will be reimbursed at the statutory minimum (basic shipping fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Defective or damaged product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the product arrives defective, damaged or incomplete, please, <strong>immediately<\/strong>, but please notify us by email within 48 hours at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, the cost of return shipping is borne by the business, and the buyer may request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>exchange, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
